Huss Valley Abilities & Tier List
10 abilities: 5 for Runners, 5 for Chasers. You equip one per role, unlock them permanently with Gems (or Robux), and use them with Q.
Reported data, not tested by us. Costs and effects come from Beebom and match VacancyBee (Oct 2026). Prices conflict across sites: older guides (hussvalleywiki.com, robloxguide.wiki, Tech Nerdiness) list fewer abilities at 400–1,200 Gems. That looks like an earlier version of the shop. Tiers (A/B/C) are our own opinion.
Runner abilities
| Tier | Ability | Reported cost | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | Cloak | 1,625 Gems / 519 Robux | Disappear for 3 seconds. You can still be hit, using an item ends it, and nearby players see you faintly. |
| A | Emergency Airhorn | 1,450 Gems / 459 Robux | Blasts nearby Chasers backward in every direction. |
| B | Inflatable Decoy | 1,200 Gems / 379 Robux | Sends an inflatable copy of you running straight ahead for 7 seconds. It pops when caught. |
| B | Pocket Door | 875 Gems / 279 Robux | Places a door in front of you for 6 seconds. Chasers have to smash it or go around. |
| C | One Hit Shield | Free (default) | Blocks the next hit for 0.75 seconds, then breaks. |
Chaser abilities
| Tier | Ability | Reported cost | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | Rufus's Leash | 1,625 Gems / 519 Robux | Throws a leash up to 15 studs ahead. On a hit, it pulls the Runner up to 6 studs toward you. |
| A | Rocket Shoes | 1,300 Gems / 419 Robux | Dashes in your movement direction, or camera-forward if you are standing still. |
| B | Big Dagger | 1,125 Gems / 359 Robux | Doubles your melee reach for the next hit. Expires after 5 seconds. |
| B | Bowling Ball | 600 Gems / 195 Robux | Rolls a ball along the ground. A direct hit briefly trips a Runner. |
| C | Bear Trap | Free (default) | Throws a trap up to 10 studs ahead. The first Runner to step on it is stuck for 0.5 seconds. The trap lasts 12 seconds. |
Why we ranked them this way
- Runner A tier: Cloak and Airhorn work at the moment of contact, which is when tags happen. Cloak's weakness is that you can still be hit, so use it after breaking line of sight.
- Runner B tier: Decoy and Door buy space, but a smart Chaser can read them. Door is the cheapest real upgrade over the free Shield.
- Chaser A tier: The Leash's 15-stud reach and Rocket Shoes' dash both close distance fast, and closing distance is the Chaser's whole job.
- Chaser B tier: Big Dagger rewards good positioning. Bowling Ball is cheap and works well against crowds.
- Free defaults (C): They're fine to start with. Save Gems for a single A-tier pick rather than spreading them around.
What to buy first
On a budget: Pocket Door (875) as a Runner, or Bowling Ball (600) as a Chaser. Then save for Cloak or Rufus's Leash (1,625 each). Redeem the active codes for free Gem boosts.
FAQ
How many abilities are in Huss Valley?
The latest reports (Beebom, October 2026) list 10: five for Runners and five for Chasers. You equip one per role.
What is the best Runner ability in Huss Valley?
Our opinion: Cloak or Emergency Airhorn, because both can save you at the last second. Pocket Door is the best value for beginners. This is a judgment call, not official data.
What is the best Chaser ability?
Our opinion: Rufus's Leash, because it turns a near miss into a catch. Rocket Shoes is a close second for closing gaps.
Why do other sites list different ability prices?
Earlier guides (around Oct 5–13, 2026) listed six abilities at 400–1,200 Gems. Newer reports list ten abilities at higher prices, which suggests an update changed the shop. Check in-game for current prices.
